Yang Ming received the “2014 Blue Circle Awards” from Port Metro Vancouver. The award ceremony was held on June 2, 2015 in Vancouver Convention Centre, and Mr. Lance Lin, General Manager of Yang Ming Canada, attended the ceremony on to receive the award behalf of Yang Ming Group, the company said in its press release.
The Blue Circle Awards is a recognition of the highest level of participation in the EcoAction Program implemented by Port Metro Vancouver since 2010. The program promotes attainable emission reduction goals for ocean-going vessels that enter Port Vancouver, and rewards those who excel in environmental stewardship.
