Dmitry Chernoglazov has been appointed Director of Water Transport Institute named after G.Ya. Sedov (branch of Ushakov Maritime State University), the Institute told IAA PortNews.
Dmitry Chernoglazov came into office on November 17, 2015. Earlier he was the head of the faculty for water transport operation and ship handling in addition to the position of the head of head of Ushakov University’s Department for Permanent Education.
Dmitry Chernoglazov is a graduate of Rostov Maritime College named after G.Ya. Sedov (later reorganized into an institute). In 1999 he graduated from the State Maritime Academy of Novorossiysk. Dmitry Chernoglazov started his carrier as a sailor and then a captain's mate at Sovcomflot ships.
