Coal exports from Russia up 8.4% to 37.486 mln t in Jan-March'16

In January-March 2016, Russian coal exports climbed by 8.4%, year-on-year, to 37,486,100 t, the Ministry of Energy statistics said.

In March, coal exports totaled 13.239 mln t. 

Coal production in March totaled 31.93 mln t (28.31 mln t supplied).
