The Russian Government has named the candidates for the Boards of Directors and Audit Commissions of five joint stock companies including PAO Sovcomflot. The Government Order dated April 22, 2016 (No 755-r) has been published at the official website of the RF Government.
The list of candidates has been prepared by Rosimushchestvo (Federal Agency for State Property Management), the only shareholder of Sovcomflot.
The following current members of the Board can retain their positions: President & CEO of Sovcomflot Sergey Frank, Chairman of Sovcomflot Board of Directors Ilya Klebanov, Sovcomflot Board member David Moorhouse, Management Board Member, First Deputy Chairman of State Corporation “Vnesheconombank” Mikhail Poluboyarinov, General director OJSC "SEVERNEFTEGAZ" Ivan Glumov, President of the Russian Chamber of Shipping Alexey Klyavin, Partner of CHAMMAH and PARTNERS, LLC Walid Chammah and Dean of Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO Andrey Sharonov.
Anna Belova, Professor of the National Research University Higher School of Economics, may be replaced with Pavel Kladochnikov, Pro-rector for Research of Russian Foreign Trade Academy under RF Ministry of Economic Development.
The Russian Federation owns 100% of shares in Sovcomflot.
