Production of HFO in Russia in Jan-Apr grew 13.4% to 19.942 million tonnes

Production of heavy fuel oil in Russia between January and April 2016 increased by 13.4% compared to the same period last year, to 19,942.6 million tonnes, the Russian Ministry of Energy statistics said.

In April, production of the product reached 4,452,700 tonnes.
