Cruise ship Nippon Maru will arrive in Vladivostok on May 15, 2016. This will be the second call of a cruise ship with foreign tourists this year, says city administration’s press center.
The first was transocean liner Artania which called in Vladivostok in March.
Nippon Maru built in Japan can accommodate 607 passengers. Her length is 167 m, width - 24 m, draught – 6.5 m, crew - 160 members.
The ship usually makes not very long voyages within the Sea of Japan. This time it also carries mostly Japanese tourists.
The Nippon Maru will stay in Vladivostok from 07:00 (local time) till 21:00 when she will leave for Nakhodka.
The next call of a cruise ship to Vladivostok is scheduled for May 18. This will be the first call of the Costa Victoria from the Republic of Korea.
