Rosmorport has developed proposals on programme for construction of icebreakers till 2030

FSUE Rosmorport has developed proposals on the programme for construction of icebreakers in 2025-2030, IAA PortNews correspondent cites Vladimir Shtrambrand, head of Rosmorport’s Fleet Construction and Repair Department, as saying at the 6^th International Forum “Marine Industry of Russia” in Moscow.

According to him the proposals also cover both the construction of shallow-draught icebreakers and continuation of the series of line icebreakers.

The proposals have been forwarded to the Federal Marine and River Transport Agency (Rosmorrechflot) and are being elaborated by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.
