Cruise ship Seabourn Quest made her inaugural call to Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg (photo)

On May 20h, cruise ship Seabourn Quest operated by Seabourn Cruise Linehas made her inaugural call to Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg, says the Port’s press center.

Seabourn Quest is a luxury cruise ship launched in June, 2011. She was reconstructed in 2013.
She has 11 decks, 198 meters length and capacity of carrying 450 passengers on board.

Seabourn Cruise Line is Premium class operator integrated in Carnival Corporation. Seabourn Cruise Line offers 7-days tours and exclusive global cruise 100-days long. Seabourn Cruise Line operates four ships.  Three ships Seabourn Odyssey, Seabourn Sojourn and  Seabourn Quest were built using same design. Because of small  dimensions ships can embark in the small ports that ocean cruise ships cannot call. A distinctive feature of the cruise ships is the gourmet cuisine, spacious cabins and individual approach to each passenger.

Since May 18th, ship has been sailing its 7-days cruise starting at Stockholm port and finishing at Copenhagen port.
During the 2016 cruise season Seabourn Quest is planning to make one call to Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg. The last time Seabourn Cruise Line’ ship called the Port was Seabourn Sojourn during 2012-2013 seasons.

Passenger Port of Saint-Petersburg «Marine Façade» PLC is in the ownership of the city of St. Petersburg and is the largest passenger seaport in Russia. Construction of Marine Façade began in 2006. The port can accommodate cruise and ferry ships of up to 330 m long and with a draft of up to 8.8 m. The length and depth of new access channels - 10 km and 11 m, accordingly. The port operates seven piers. The quay-side length – 2,171.06 m.
