CMA CGM implements GRR from Far East / China / Southeast Asia to Mozambique and Tamatave (Madagascar)

CMA CGM has announced the following Rate Restoration:
Effective September 1st, 2016 (B/L date):
From Far East, China and Southeast Asia
To Mozambique and Tamatave (Madagascar)
All cargo including dry, reefer, OOG and Breakbulk
USD 300 per 20'
USD 600 per 40'
