Gazpromneft-Lubricants LLC (part of Gazpromnet) has successfully completed OSR exercises at Big Port St. Petersburg and Port of Murmansk to test preparedness of its teams to respond to emergency spills during bunkering lubricants to merchant vessels at berth, the Company said in its press release.
The company's response teams have tested various scenarios of emergency spill during bunkering operations.
An expert committee that included representatives of the port authorities and the EMERCOM said the experience and qualification of employees of Gazpromneft-Lubricants guarantee safe supply of oils to tankers.
