Western Bulk Chartering AS launches an offer to subscribe for shares for the smaller shareholders of Bulk Invest ASA, the company said in its press release.
Following the private placement in June 2016, which was directed to the largest shareholders in Bulk Invest ASA, Western Bulk Chartering AS launched a repair offering to the smaller shareholders in Bulk Invest ASA to subscribe for shares in Western Bulk Chartering AS on 24 August 2016.
The offer is only available for "Eligible Shareholders" as further defined in the prospectus, and the offer expires on 7 September 2016 at 16.30 hours (CET).
