Rosmorport applies decreasing coefficient to pilotage dues at Big Port St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad and Ust-Luga

Rosmorport says that pilotage dues charged by the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-West Basin Branch for pilotage services rendered to container carriers operating at open lines at Big Port St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad and Ust-Luga are calculated with application of decreasing coefficients from September 5, 2016.

Rosmorport Order No 711/16 was signed on June 6, 2016.
