The French Energy Regulator issues a Public Consultation about the tariff applicable at the French regulated LNG terminals from 2017

The French Energy Regulator has just issued a Public Consultation about the tariff applicable at the French regulated LNG terminals from 2017. The consultation includes the proposals for the evolution of the services from the operators Elengy and Fosmax LNG. It has been built from the discussions held with the customers as part  of the LNG Consultation. The operators do not agree with all the posi tions from CRE, especially on costs of capital.
