Seagoing ferryboat Baltijsk has resumed her operation at Ust-Luga-Kaliningrad line after a 6.5 month long period of repair. FSUE Rosmorport says on 8 October 2016 the vessel called at railway ferry facility at the port of Kaliningrad.
The ship delivered 91 railcars, 7 vehicles and 2 passengers. After the unloading operation the ferryboat took on board 63 railcars, 37 vehicles and 12 passengers.
On 9 October 2016, the vessel left the rail ferry facility at Kaliningrad seaport operated by Kaliningrad Department of Rosmorport’s North-Western Branch for port Ust-Luga.
According to the schedule, the ferry will make 5 more calls at port Kaliningrad in October 2016.
