FSUE Rosmorport says it has appointed Vladimir Gudkov as Director of its Astrakhan Branch from 10 October 2016The Order No 903/к was signed on 7 October 2016.
Vladimir Gudkov was born on 13 April 1956 in the Ozerany village of Rogachev area, Gomel Region, Belorussian SSR. In 1981 he graduated from the Caspian Higher Naval Red Banner Academy named after S.M. Kirov with a degree of “naval navigator” and a qualification of “officer with higher education of engineer-navigator”. In 2005 he graduated from the Academy of Labor and Social Relations with a degree in law and a qualification of “lawyer”.
From February 2010 till May 2010 Vladimir Gudkov worked as chief mate at M/V Yuzhny of the state enterprise “Sevastopol Sea Fish Port”.
From May 2010 till January 2011 he worked as chief mate at private vessels.
From February 2011 till May 2012 he worked as ship master at the ships of state enterprise “Sevastopol Sea Fish Port”.
From May 2012 till July 2013 he consecutively held positions of first deputy chief of department, chief of department of techological fleet and underwater technical works of the state joint-stock partnership “Chernomorneftegaz”.
From August 2013 till June 2014 he worked as shift mate of a roads diving ship of the emergency and rescue fleet of the army unit 63876 of the Ministry of Defence of Russia.
From August 2014 till May 2015 he worked as chief of PORT FLEET of the Sevastopol state unitary enterprise “Sevastopol Sea trade port”.
In June 2015 he was apppointed Deputy Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Astrakhan Branch.
From June 2015 he acts as Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Astrakhan Branch without leaving his current position.
