Hapag-Lloyd to implement GRI for all reefer equipment from UK and Ireland to Canada and USA

With effect from November 17, 2016 Hapag-Lloyd will implement a General Rate Increase for all reefer equipment from UK and Ireland to Canada and USA destinations as follows:
    USD 200 per 20' Container
    USD 200 per 40' Container
