Russian LNG projects are implemented under unfavorable market conditions with low prices for liquefied natural gas, IAA PortNews correspondent cites CS LNG consultant Juris Popils, as saying at the VI Baltic Oil and Gas Trade and Transportation Conference held in Riga (Latvia).
The expert says there are too many projects of LNG terminals announced in the Baltic basin of Russia. The market will not require the announced volumes of LNG.
Juris Popils believes small size bunkering LNG terminals will be in demand at the Baltic ports.
