Three Arc 7 class ships are to be delivered under Novy Port project by mid-2017, IAA PortNews correspondent cites Anatoly Cherner, member of the Management Board, Deputy CEO for Logistics, Processing and Sales, Gazprom Neft, as saying at the industry-focused conference “Russian shipping: looking into the future”.
According to him, 10 vessels are deployed today to ensure logistics under the project. New ships will replace those with lower ice class.
As Sergey Frank, Chairman and CEO of Sovcomflot, told IAA PortNews, three vessels operating under the project are run by Sovcomflot .
New ships will be run by Gazprom bodies.
