Rosmorrechflot says it has appointed Vladimir Kantemir as Harbour Master of Dikson seaport (Order No 33/к-мрф dated 21.03.2017) and Leonid Troshkov as Harbour Master of Dudinka seaport (Order No 34/к-мрф dated 21.03.2017) from 21 March 2017.
Vladimir Kantemir was born on 12 October 1960 in the Kharkov Region. In 1984 he graduated from Murmansk Higher School of Marine Engineering with specialization in navigation and qualification of navigation engineer.
Previous position (2016-2017) – Deputy Harbour Master of Dikson seaport, branch of the Western Arctic Seaports Administration and Acting Harbour Master of Dikson seaport, branch of the Western Arctic Seaports Administration.
Leonid Troshkov on 01 December 1959 in rhe Arkhangelsk Region. In 1983 he graduated from Murmansk Higher School of Marine Engineering with specialization in navigation and qualification of navigation engineer.
