Belgian Navy buy 10 licences of SeeByte’s SeeTrack software for their AUV fleet

SeeByte, the global leader in creating smart software for unmanned maritime systems, announce the sale of 10 SeeTrack licenses, including personnel training, to the Belgian Navy. SeeTrack will be integrated onto their AUV fleet which will be deployed for Mine Counter Measures (MCM), the Company said Tuesday in its press release.

The software package includes additional specialist modules designed for mine countermeasure (MCM) operations. These include Automatic Target Recognition (ART), Change Detection Tool, Performance Analysis Training Tool (PATT) and Seafloor Classification modules. These additional modules have been designed optimise SeeTrack for MCM and highlight the relevant data from the sensors on-board the AUVs to the operator.

Alastair Cormack, Technical Client Manager commented on behalf of SeeByte “Where Navies are looking to continually invest in technology that will allow them to get the most out of the systems available to them, SeeByte is able to provide them with just that. With over 20 navies running SeeTrack, SeeByte is proud to support AUV fleets worldwide.”

SeeTrack  is an open-architecture platform solution that can be easily adapted for specific user needs. Developed as a mission-planning, monitoring, post-processing and reporting tool, this software technology has been successfully deployed on numerous surveys, military and security operations and scientific experiments.
