Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine appoints new Head of USPA's Nikolaev branch

The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine has appointed new Head of Nikolaev branch of the State Enterprise «Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority» (USPA), namely Oleg Protchenko. USPA says the corresponding order № 71-О dated June 23, 2017.

He is the former Head of Skadovsk branch of the USPA. He takes up the duties on June 27.

Oleg Protchenko was born in 1977 in Skadovsk. He graduated from the Kherson Maritime College in 2002, where he obtained the navigator specialty, the East Ukrainian National University in 2011, where he obtained the qualification of engineer. He started working in maritime industry in 1995, over last 12 years he held management positions, including the Deputy Head and the Head of Skadovsk port.
