According to Incheon Port Authority (IPA), HP3 Service is a rapid service that would enable freight to be delivered in 2 days from Incheon Port to Shanghai, China and in 6 days to Haiphong, Vietnam. The route covers Incheon-Shanghai-Haiphong-Yantian-Hong Kong-Busan-Incheon and will be serviced once a week.

With HP3 and the new establishment of TIS (Taicang Incheon Service) which is expected to begin service on 4th July, Incheon Port now provides 48 regular container sea route services, the highest in history.

In addition, with the change of Hyundai Merchant Marine CTX (China Thailand Express) that was previously provided in Incheon New Port to KVX (Korea Vietnam Express) service, the transportation time to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam and Laem Chabang, Thailand will significantly be shortened while the rotation rate of the route will increase.
