Bunker prices at the Far East ports of Russia show no significant changes (graph)

According to Bunker Price Bulletin of IAA PortNews, the average indicative price at the port of Vladivostok for high-sulfur product IFO-180 HS was $ 248 pmt (-$2), IFO-380 НS - $257 pmt (-$2), MGO price was $512 pmt (+$1).

Fuel oil prices are ranging between $240 and $260 pmt depending on the amount of fuel sold and its availability. 

Bunker prices at the port of Singapore go up by $5 on the average.
