Bunker prices continue going down at the port of Novorossiysk, Russia.

According to the IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, average price for IFO-380 НS was $252 per tonne (-$8), average price for MGO was $460 per tonne (-$5).

Maximum/minimum prices fluctuate depending on the amount of sold fuel. IFO-380 НS prices are ranging between $240 and $265 pmt, MGO prices – between $440 and $480 pmt.

Fuel oil prices showed a slight increase at the port of Istanbul.
