AquaStroy to invest RUB 493 mln in construction of yacht port Aquamarine in Vladivostok
AquaStroy LLC (Primorsky Territory), a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok, is going to implement an investment project on construction of a pedestrian street and a state-of-the-art yacht port Aquamarine in the Gulf of Feodorov of the Amur Bay in Vladivostok. Investments are estimated at RUB 493 mln with 18 jobs to be generated under the project, says press center of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East.
According to Svetlana Komogortseva, Director of AquaStroy LLC, Vladivostok and its water area have a great potential for the development of maritime, tourist and sport industry.
“The purpose of our project is to create a state-of-the-art infrastructure facility for holding of large scale sport events and providing mooring for sport and cruise yachts calling in Vladivostok. Construction works are to be started in the third quarter of 2018. The status of the Free Port Resident with its tax privileges and simplified procedure for engaging foreign labour and other privileges will let reduce the construction period, facilitate the commission of the facilities and decrease the production expenses”, said Svetlana Komogortseva.
The list of residents of the Free Port of Vladivostok was extended with eight companies last week (17-21 July). They signed the agreements with the Far East Development Corporation.
