Bunker prices are flat at the port of Novorossiysk, Russia. Navigation is limited due to the stormy weather.

According to the IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, average price for IFO-380 НS was $285 per tonne, average price for MGO was $515 per tonne.

The difference between maximum/minimum is still high. The prices depend on the amount of sold fuel. 

IFO-380 НS prices are ranging between $280 and $310 pmt, MGO prices – between $505 and $530 pmt.

Fuel oil prices at the port of Istanbul declined by $1-$2.
