Krylov State Research Center wins the tenders for performing R&D works in respect of using gas fuel by ships.
According to the materials of the tender announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Krylov State Research Center was announced the winner of the following competitions “Designing and construction of a experimental prototype and operational testing of an LNG bunkering ship intended for sailing in coastal waters and at inland water ways” with a contract price of RUB 270 mln; “Development of a technology to provide logistical support of services on bunkering vessels with gas and determination of bunkering infrastructure at inland water ways of the Russian Federation” with a contract price of RUB 120 mln; “Modernization, conversion to gas fuel and operational testing of an LNG-powered vessel intended for sailing in coastal waters and at inland water ways” with a contract price of RUB 320 mln.
The tenders were announced under the project of the Ministry of Industry and Trade “Development of gas-powered fleet intended for sailing in coastal waters and at inland water ways”.
