Ningbo Zhoushan Port volumes up 9.6% to 933 million tons in Jan - Nov 2017

From Jan. to Nov. this year, Ningbo Zhoushan Port maintained good trend in transportation production, and totally completed cargo handling of 933 million tons, increased by 9.6% year on year, surmounting previous year’s aggregate throughput of 922 million tons, and continued to retain the first position in the world, the company said in its press release. So far this year, the port has completed container throughput of 22,783,000 TEUs, increased by 13.4% year on year，1,223,000 TEUs more than the total quantity of the previous year.
