Throughput of Chinese ports up 6.4% to 8.62 bln t in 2017

In January-December 2017, the largest ports of China increased their cargo throughput by 6.4%, year-on-year, to 8.62 billion tonnes, China’s National Bureau of Statistics said.

In December, throughput of Chinese ports declined by 0.2% to 676 mln t.
