New USC Board of Directors numbers 10 members
The Board of Directors of the United Shipbuilding Corporation elected its new composition on 22 February 2018. According to USC press center, the Board numbers 10 members:

- Ilya Antonov, Vice President, Corporate Development and Assets Management
- Eduard Bobritsky, Human Resources Director
- Andrey Buzinov, Vice President, Equipment and Material Procurement
- Alexei Dikiy, Military and Technical Cooperation Director
- Dmitry Kolodyazhny, Vice President, Technical Development
– Alexander Neugebauer, Vice President, Economics and Finance
- Jahan Pollyýewa, Vice President, Interaction with State Authorities and PR
- Leonid Strugov, First Vice President
– Valery Fedorov, Vice President, Security
United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC OJSC) is the largest shipbuilding company in Russia. It was set up in 2007 with 100% federal ownership. The holding comprises 40 companies and organizations (major shipbuilding and shiprepairing companies as well as leading design bureaus). Currently, USC consolidates the bulk of the domestic shipbuilding complex. The Russian market is the main focus of the state corporation though it also exports its products to 20 countries worldwide.
