In 2006, Ventspils naftas terminals (Ventspils Oil Terminal, VNT) – subsidiary of the holding Ventspils nafta (VN) – transshipped 5.7 million tons of oil and oil products (-29.6%, year-on-year), RZD-Partner reports.
