The placement is continued in view that on January 25, 2007, the FFMS registered the changes in the decision on the additional issue of the FESCO shares.
January 11, 2007, the FESCO suspended the placement of its additional issue in view of changes in the additional issue decision and the securities prospectus.
The issue includes 410898000 ordinary shares of RUB1 par to be placed by public subscription. The FFMS registered the issue on December 14, 2006, with state registration number 1-03-00032-A-001D.

In January-September 2006, the FESCO's net income under RAS totaled RUB 813.347 mln, which is 2.63-fold more y-o-y.
