Port of Yuzhny (Ukraine) to increase capacity by 1.2 million tons

Construction of a new complex for transshipment of general cargo in the port of Yuzhny (Ukraine) will enable the port to increase its transshipment capacity by 1.2 million tons, press center of Ukraine Transport Ministry reports according to IA Reporter. As of today the company carries out construction of the company at the berth No 9. Total value of the project financed by the port’s internal budget totals 200 million hryvnias. In 2006 the port invested 21.7 million hryvnias besides modernization of port facilities for 36.2 million hryvnias.
