Marine Recruiting Agency announces its new employee rating system
OOO Marine Recruiting Agency (MRA, part of UCL Holding) has completely reformed its employee rating and performance reward system. A unique rating developed by the company specialists is based on key performance indicators. Apart from financial rewards, professional achievements of the employees can be marked with an opportunity to be employed by AO Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg at the premises of which the Agency’s Training Center is operating.
