Fuel oil prices started declining at the Far East ports of Russia (graph)

According to Bunker Price Bulletin of IAA PortNews, the average indicative price at the port of Vladivostok for IFO-380 НS - $405 pmt  (-$17), IFO-180 НS – 418 pmt  (-$12), MGO - $663 pmt  (-$7).

Fuel oil prices are ranging between $400 and $420 pmt depending on product viscosity and availability.

MGO (DMB) indications are ranging between $650 pmt and $680 pmt. MGO price at the port of Singapore have increased to $650 pmt.
