Bunkering companies are not fast enough to show adequate reaction to plunge in global oil prices. Therefore, a considerable difference of prices and no stable trend is seen in the market now.
The global community is waiting for G20 and OPEC+ decisions to develop a further trend.
Bunker prices at the port of Saint-Petersburg are flat while the port of Rotterdam saw a fall by $35 on the average.
According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices at port St. Petersburg were as follows:
Average price of IFO-380 HS - $335 pmt.
Average price of MGO - $552 pmt.
Average price of ULSFO - $530 pmt.
IFO-380 HS price is ranging between $320 and $350 pmt, MGO – between $540 and $560 pmt.
The difference between maximum/minimum prices depends on the amount of fuel sold and its availability.
