Chinese group Lingang signs 5 MOU’s for the realisation of the Lingang Overseas Modern Industrial Park in Zeebrugge

On 17 October, Lingang group signed an agreement of 85.3 million euros to establish a 30 hectare logistic park in the Maritime Logistic Zone in Zeebrugge. For the realisation of this project, Lingang set up several partnerships and signed 5 memorandums of understanding at the China International Import Expo in Shanghai on 6 November.

A summary of all signings: Lingang Group and China Certification & Inspection Group agree to set up inspection platforms in both Shanghai Logistics Park and Lingang Overseas Modern Industrial Park in Zeebrugge. Lingang Group and Aprojects Belgium will provide resources for Aprojects Shanghai to set up a logistics center and enhance the logistics service and operation between Belgium and China trade. EUROTOWN B.V. signed with Lingang to use Lingang Overseas Industrial Park in Zeebrugge as an export center. Both parties decide to work together to set up a logistics and trading platform with focus on providing e-commerce service between Belgium and China.

Lingang group signed a contract with Shanghai Rainbow Wings International Trade Co. Ltd. and Han Industrial Corp./Hurricane Import & Export Co. Ltd. The latter are the general agency of Costco Wholesale in Asia for supermarket foods and household goods. Finally, an MOU was signed between Lingang and Feng Zang Industrial, to work together to set up a trading center in Zeebrugge to serve exporters and importers from both EU and China.
