CMA CGM to apply GRI from Canada West Coast to worldwide destinations (Excluding EU, Russia & USA)

CMA CGM will apply a General Rate Increase for all exports of 20' containers out of Canada West Coast as follows:
Effective December 1st, 2019 (sailing date):
Origin: From Vancouver & Prince Rupert and points in Canada
Destination: To all destinations (except EU, Russia and USA)
Amount: USD 100 per 20' container dry
