Tersan shipyard (Turkey) hosted flag-raising ceremony for trawler built for Russian customer

The trawler joined the fleet of Okeanrybflot

Okeanrybflot, Kamchatka based fishery company, says it has taken the delivery of the Georgy Meshcheryakov trawler. According to the statement, the flag-raising ceremony was held at Tersan shipyard (Turkey) on 19 October 2021.
The acceptance/delivery certificate was signed on October 5.

The contract for construction of a ship designed by Skipsteknisk, an independent Norwegian Naval Architects and Marine Engineers company, with Tersan shipyard (Turkey) in June 2018. The ship was launched on 12 June 2020.

The 108-meter long and 20-meter wide ship is fitted with hi-tech equipment able to operate in winter conditions and in the Arctic waters.
