New coal berth in Jingtang Port (China)

Equipment is now being installed at a new 30 million-tonne coal berth in Jingtang Port, with the berth predicted to start normal service in July this year.
Currently, all land works covering more than 900,000 square metres have been completed, including various conveyor tracks and nine engine rooms. Part of the project is supposed to begin single-machine test operation this month.
With the connection of Qiancao Railway along the Daqin Line with Jingtang port in June, the coal berth of Jingtang port will be fully equipped to move 30-50 million tonnes of coal out to the south of China each year.
