The main result of the April is that the high speed of rise of volumes of freight loading remained. 111 mln tons of freights (+1.9% year-on-year) was loaded in April. The designed volume of loading is fulfilled, Vladimir Yakunin, president of Russian Railways (OAO RZD) said according to RZD-Partner.
Loading of ferrous metals increased by 6.7% year-on-year, consumer goods increased by 18.8%, chemicals – by 6.1%.
