Rosneft plans to increase refinery by its own plants to 91 mil tons a year, in relation to 11 mil tons in 2006, said Sergey Kudriashov, company's first vice-president, during a briefing.
After the company purchased YUKOS' refinery plants it upped refinery rate to 40% from 15%. Though S. Kuydriashov said that the ratio of oil production to refinery is back with the needed 2 to1, that has a negative influence to the company's financial position.

Particularly the company is working out the question of Refinery plants construction in China. S. Kudriashov said that its capacity may make 20 mol tons. At present the negotiations are held.
Also S. Kudriashov added that Rosneft plans constructing a Plant on the Far East with 20 mil tons year capacity.
