Leningrad Shipyard Pella OJSC has completed the program for construction and delivery of tug boats in 2008, the company's press release reads. The company’s partners include Norilsk Nikel, Siberian Coal Energy Company, Commercial Seaport of Klaipeda, Ust-Luga Company and other Russian and foreign companies. According to the press release, the company continues the activities on signing contracts for supply of equipment, in particular, with Rolls-Royce, Caterpillar, Cummins etc.
