Specialised Project Investments (Cyprus) increased its share in Murmansk Commercial Seaport OJSC (MMTP) from 46.63% to 63.53%, MMTP announces according to ITAR-TASS.
Murmansk Commercial Seaport OJSC was set up in 1994. Today it is the largest company of Murmansk and second largest port of the North-West region of Russia (after the port of St. Petersburg). The port’s 17 berths stretch for some 3,000 meters. The company’s major shareholders are Specialised Project Investments (63.53%) and state (some 30%).
