On the special meeting the shareholders of Novorossisky Shipyard (NSRZ) are going to consider the loan of RUB 175 mln for 3 years from The Fleet of Novorossisky Commercial Sea Port (Fleet NMTP), the Company says.
The probable interest rate will amount to 7-9% yearly.
The agenda of the special meeting in September 21, 2007 also includes the amendents in NSRZ charter and the deal with "Complex Perevalki Metallov" to the sum of RUB 841.2 mln.
The Novorossisky Shipyard was founded in 1925. Today it has modern mashining facilities and otherequipment. The Shypyard can dock vessels of 150 thousand tons displasement.
