Nikolai Rudkovsy, Ukraine’s Transport Minister, is against privatization in port industry, Glavred writes. According to the Minister, Ukraine’s state companies should act in favor of state interests. Mr. Rudkovsy says any privatization should be legally registered while investor should ensure fulfillment of its obligations, first of all social ones. Part of resources received from sale of state property should be spent for investments.
