Throughput of Petersburg Oil Terminal up to 11.5 million tonnes in 2007

In 2007, Petersburg Oil Terminal (POT CJSC) increased transshipment of oil products by 900,000 tonnes, year-on-year, to 11.5 million tonnes, PortNews IAA learnt from the company. In the reported period, transshipment of light oil products totaled 3.4 million tonnes, which is similar to the result of 2006. Transshipment of dark oil products grew by 900,000 tonnes to 8.1 million tonnes. POT CJSC is the largest stevedoring company of the port of St. Petersburg specializing in oil products transshipment. In 2006, the terminal’s throughput totaled 10.6 million tonnes.
