Export of oil products via RPK-Vysotsk LUKOIL-II up 20% in 2007 to 11.7 million tonnes

In 2007, RPK-Vysotsk LUKOIL-II (Distribution-and-Production complex in Vysotsk) exported 11.709.2 million tonnes of oil products, the company’s press center reports. The result grew by 20% against 9.719 million tonnes of oil products in 2006. Shipment of heavy fuel oil totaled 3.471 million tonnes (2.6 times up against 2006), vacuum gas oil – 3.416.9 million tonnes (+8%, year-on-year), diesel fuel – 4.821 million tonnes (similar to the result of the previous year).

In December 2007, export of oil products totaled 873,900 tonnes including 174,600 tonnes of heavy fuel oil, 244,900 tonnes of vacuum gas oil and 454,400 tonnes of diesel fuel.

RPK-Vysotsk LUKOIL-II was put into operation in 2002. With introduction of the third phase of the terminal in autumn 2006, the complex reached its design capacity of 12.5 million tonnes of oil products per year. As of today, the issue of the forth phase is under discussion.
