Russian oil major LUKOIL is holding talks to buy a stake in Italian refiner Erg's Sicilian supersite, two sources close to the potential deal said on Thursday according to Reuters.
"They are buying a lot of Russian crude, so a tie-up would make sense. Talks are about buying a stake," one source said, declining to disclose the deal's potential value or the size of the stake. (Reporting by Dmitry Zhdannikov, editing by Robin Paxton)
