Federal special-purpose program (FSPP) on modernization of Russia’s transport system in 2002-2010 is fulfilled by only 50-60%, Interfax quotes Sergei Shishkareov, head of State Duma’s Transport Committee as telling journalists Wednesday according to Gudok.Ru. “Before we adopt new FSPP (Transport System Development in 2010-2015) it is necessary to evaluate the current one, which is hardly fulfilled by 50-60%,” Shishkareov said. “It is too early to speak about the complete fulfillment of the program as there is no legal framework,” he said.
